Hi, my name is Tatum Abadir. I’m born and bred San Diegan. I spent over a few years living in other cities and ultimately was drawn back to living by the ocean.
Health and fitness have always been a passion of mine, but what sparked my mission to help women heal their bodies was my own experience with burnout. Four years ago, I experienced a burnout of mind, body, and soul from a difficult career and external life circumstances. Through my journey of healing and getting better 1% every day, I made a total career pivot into the health and wellness space as a fitness professional.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist. I’m on a mission to help women feel at home and alive in their bodies through movement, the cycle syncing method, understanding their hormones, and thoughtful nutrition choices.
Often, the hardest part of healing is how to get started or not knowing which direction to go - I’m here to make that process a little easier and a lot less lonely.
Strength Training
1-1 individualized coaching based on specific goals. Female Focused training to support you where you are at during your cycle or any stage of life.
Speed And Conditioning
Speed, agility, and quickness training for the female athlete or any young woman wanting to improve her sport game or heart health.
Women In High School
For the young female athlete or any high school woman looking to find confidence in exercise and movement.
Women in all Stages of life
Supporting women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, women going through menopause, pregnant women, post natal women.
The In-Person Process
Initial Intake
Choose Your Individualized Program
An in-depth questionnaire where you complete prior fitness, nutrition, and medical information along with the main goals you are hoping to achieve.
I will provide a recommendation on which program options will get you closest to your initial goal. Ultimately you (or your guardian if younger than 18) can choose the option that suits your needs.
Initial Assessment
The In-Person Initial Assessment will be day 1 of your chosen program and will be based on the initial goal chosen. These include strength assessments, speed assessments, etc. Baseline information on initial goal that we are aiming to improve together.
Monthly Re-Assessment (Goal Based)
Each month a reassessment will be preformed. This is to keep client and myself on track and to make sure we’re on the correct program best suited for your goals.
The Online Process (to kickstart mid 2024)
Initial Intake
An indepth quesitonnaire where you complete prior fitness and nutrition information along with the main goals you are hoping to achieve.

Strength Training for Women
Foundational and Functional Strength Training for Women. These sessions involve both weightlifting and body weight exercises to build strength, increase lean muscle mass, or develop muscular endurance (depending on YOUR goal).
Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) & Conditioning for Women
For the female athlete who wants to improve their cardiovascular health on and off the field. Or for the female student wanting to improve her heart health.
Note: programs can be a combination of strength and conditioning if that is your goal.
